My experience with leadership threads thoughout my career and personal life.

In my early 20's I lead a cub scout pack.

Later, in my 30"s, I lead an artist run centre, out of the Sperling Church heritage building in Fort Langley, which organized community arts events, ran an art gallery and offered art classes to the public in partnership with the Fort Langley Museum.

 In my 40's, whilst in the Middle East, I lead teams of educators from all over the world, to develop course content and assessments. As an early adopter of education technology, I successfully lead the adoption and creation of engaging and meaningful online content.
